Central Panuco/Perforadora Central, Mexico, 2006 to 2014, Total Finance: $486 Million

Series of structured financings to meet credit standards for growing company, from initial financing based on innovative, highly structured financing terms tied jack-up rig contracts and debt reserve conditions, which was awarded a Deal of the Year and helped Perforadora to become the  Mexican company to provide complete drilling services, to later financings with more traditional structured finance terms.  Creative and flexible financings were critical to success of growth of company that achieved record EBITDA of $200 million in 2014.

Oyu Tolgoi, Open Cut and Underground Copper and Gold Mine, Mongolia, 2013, Financing of $500 million for $5.3 Billion Project
